Initial pilot results from Petrovate's AI-enabled optimization platform show double-digit yield improvements and reduced equipment downtime across U.S. and Middle East fields.
Petrovate has published the first results from its AI-enabled well-optimization pilot, reporting an average yield improvement of 18% across three operating fields in the United States and the Middle East.
The platform combines real-time downhole sensor data with proprietary machine-learning models that adjust pump cadence, choke positions, and chemical injection in near real-time. Operators retain full override control through Petrovate's investor and operations portal.
Beyond yield, the pilot recorded a 22% reduction in unplanned equipment downtime and meaningful extension of artificial-lift equipment life — a key driver of long-term economics on mature wells.
Petrovate is now opening the platform to additional operators under its performance-based technology leasing model, where fees are tied directly to verified production uplift.
